Quantum Magnetic Resonance (QMR)

QMR Beams are non-ionizing, non-thermal and frequency is in the range of electromagnetic spectrum.

Dose calculation is done on proton density of target tissue, therefore it does not cause any damage to surrounding tissue.

The international Commission for Non-ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) has defined emission level that is considered safe for human use. Both electric and magnetic field emission from QMR exposure are well below the level specified by ICNIRP. These levels were certified by LRDE, (Electronic and Radar Development)
How Does It Work?
In this technology electromagnetic beams are focused on to the target tissue i.e. cartilage in case of arthritis with precise command control by a device called AKTISTM.

Piezo-electric stimulus is responsible for remodeling of bones and cartilage through out life. This stimulus is lacking in arthritic joints. Exposure of these joints to QMR beams recreates the missing physiological stimulus, which changes the proton spin inside the hydrogen atoms, thereby creating streaming potential necessary for regeneration of cartilage.

Benfits of QMR Therapy
It is pioneering, unique, effective and non-invasive procedure for treatment of Osteoarthritis. QMR TherapyTM for Osteoarthritis significantly decreases knee or joint pain.
  • It has no side effects.
  • It enables natural growth of joint cartilage.
  • Both knees can be treated simultaneously in QMR TherapyTM.
  • It increases the mobility of joints.
  • It improves stability and power of the knee joints.
  • It is an out-patient treatment.
  • Progress of disease is halted.
  • Patient can carryout their normal routine activity during the treatment.
  • Does not have an effect on co-morbidities (associated medical problems)
  • Patient can get rid of pain killer drugs.
  • During the treatment, patient can read / listen music.
  • It is cheaper alternative to standard surgical treatment like Knee replacement.
  • Overall it improves the quality of life of patients.
